Sixth Form students attend a talk about Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Marketing in the Hospitality Industry
A group of first and second-year Sixth Form students, studying Marketing at Advanced level, attended a talk about Customer Satisfaction and Relationship Marketing in the Hospitality Industry. The presentation was delivered by Mr Brian Bartolo, a highly experienced marketer in the travel and hospitality industry, who is also a parent of one of our sixth form students. Mr Bartolo explained the relevance and importance of customer relationship management and discussed changes that have taken place in the industry over the years, moving from brochure-based operations to the effect of the internet and social media on customer experiences. The session was organised as part of the Learning Capital Programme that is in place at the College, where parents and alumni are encouraged to share their expertise with current students.
