Dr Esmeralda Zerafa, Head Designate Junior Years, and Mr Francesco Nicodeme, Creative and Expressive Arts teacher, presented at the International Congress for School Improvement and Effectiveness (ICSEI) today. Their presentation focused on how cross-curricular links between the expressive arts and other learning areas provided enriching opportunities for developing our 8Cs, specifically pupil creativity, despite the COVID-19 regulations abided by during post-lockdown days. Our efforts to transform CHSMC into a Professional Learning Community through collaborative professionalism in the past years have made it possible for our educators to collaboratively plan for multi-disciplinary learning opportunities that pupils could actively participate in whether attending physical schooling or our Virtual Academy.
