Girls Go Circular! A big well done to our Level 9 and 10 girls for participating in an exciting initiative by The Junior Achievement (JA) Malta team on Online Safety, The Circular Economy, and Artificial Intelligence.

The hands-on event was comprised of an intensive 3-hour workshop at St Martin’s College, culminating in an exciting opportunity to participate in the Student Challenge. The winning team will get the chance to travel to Budapest!

This year’s Student Challenge required the teams to come up with an idea for an AI tool to help reduce gender inequalities in an area of their choice, and to present a 3-minute pitch and slide deck. Good luck, girls!

The Programme is designed to empower young girls aged 14-19 by enhancing their digital and entrepreneurial competencies through engaging learning modules.

Malta’s team won the challenge last year which was held in Brussels and is now actively contributing as alumni in the Girls Go Circular Programme. This success serves as a testament to the valuable blend of experience, knowledge, and exposure that the programme offers to students.
