Danish students visit SMC Sixth Form
A group of students from Sct. Knuds Gymnasium in Odense, Denmark visited St Martin’s College Sixth Form as part of their week-long cultural trip to Malta. This was the second visit to St Martin’s College by the Danish school, following a very successful visit last year. The group joined our students for a Sociology class during which they engaged in an enriching intercultural exchange. First year students, Alexander Jacobsen and David Cardona, very ably delivered a short presentation about Malta during an English Intermediate class. This was followed by a presentation about Denmark. The Maltese and Danish students were then divided into groups and engaged in a debate about whether violence in virtual reality should be banned. The visit provided students with an opportunity to share their educational experiences and to participate in an inspiring intercultural event.
