Sixth Formers attend a talk on road safety
Level 13 students at St Martin’s College Sixth Form, recently attended a talk about Road Safety which was delivered by Doctors for Road Safety (D4RS). This non profit organisation was founded by doctors and medical students striving for the highest standards of road safety in Malta and Gozo. The talk was part of the recently launched project, “Streetsmart”. The aim of the project is to educate and raise awareness among sixth form students who are soon-to-be drivers, regarding safe road practices and the dangers of irresponsible driving. The session focused on topics such as the choice of first car, driving lessons, motorbikes and cycling, distracted driving and speeding.
