Virtual Academy
CHS Virtual Academy Junior School learners who opted to follow our Virtual Academy: Core Programme for Theme 1 were invited to Chiswick House School to a ‘Meet Your Class Teacher’ session in preparation for the new scholastic year. Our experience with virtual teaching and learning has continued to be strengthened through the evident success of our CHSMC summer Virtual Academy. As a school, we have decided to pursue a virtual learning platform that will run parallel to the in-school (physical) programme.

Professional Learning Week
Professional Learning Week Professional learning week has come to an end, with staff having attended several virtual meetings in preparation for the new scholastic year. Some of these meetings included a refreshers course on Microsoft teams, updates on Covid-19 protocols & procedures as well as talks related to 21st century teaching and RESTORE, a session which highlighted seven key areas to stimulate thinking and make decisions in order to collectively move forward into a healthy ‘new normal’.
CHS Support Team
CHS Support Team Our support team worked tirelessly to constantly reduce risk both indoors and outdoors during our CHS summer school programme to ensure that all learners are kept in a clean environment. These practices gave us the much-needed experience to ensure the smooth running to the start of the new scholastic year. With everyone’s support and input, we look forward to welcoming our CHSMC community back to school in the safest way possible. We take this opportunity to thank our support team wholeheartedly for their continuous hard work!

Sixth Form Webinar for Prospective Students St Martin’s College Sixth Form recently organised a webinar for prospective students and parents. During the webinar Mr Anthony Abela, Senior Leader Sixth Form, as well as other College members presented important information about the registration process and the teaching and learning at St Martin’s College Sixth Form. CHSMC Maintenance Team Shout out to our maintenance team, ably led by Ms Vicky Zammit at CHS and Ms Mariella Burton at SMC, who have made the most out of the quiet time during the Summer Term and have given a fantastic facelift to both schools. The classrooms and corridors as well as outdoor spaces are looking wonderful. Thank you!
