In Ms Geraldine’s class, learning came to life through hands-on play as pupils worked together to create a fabric classroom display showcasing a beautiful nativity scene. Our Early Years 2 pupils strengthened fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination while exploring early phonics in a practical way. The gentle ‘zzz’ sound made as they tore the cloth helped reinforce the letter Z, turning a simple activity into a meaningful learning moment.
