Our vision for the Early Years programme is to lead learning through creativity and wonder.

Our creative pedagogy aims to provide our children with experiences and challenges in which any possible solution is explored and acknowledged, where ambiguity is appreciated and treated as rich ground and where imagination is channelled into the task at hand.

There is a wonderful pace to the creative process we adopt that allows our teachers to diligently observe our children as they create, as they imagine, as they interpret the tasks presented…and that is the moment a learning opportunity emerges… Oftentimes what the children learn is not directly related to what is being taught. And these moments are beautiful both for pupils and the teachers, who are equally inquisitive and respectful of their pupil’s thinking, questions, and curiosities.

For us at Chiswick House School, sustainability extends far beyond the classroom. We believe that it is essential to raise the generations to come as eco-conscious and self-sufficient world citizens who understand the immediacy of environmental responsibility. This can only be mastered by fostering and instilling a love and appreciation of nature.

Through our Nature Matters programme, we enable our pupils to connect with nature through regular outdoor activities, encouraging learning through the natural contexts. We are sure that such endeavours will lead to a future in which our children not only become guardians of our planet but actively engage in upholding environmentalism and sustainability of our planet.

Our calendar year commits towards encouraging family time through organised opportunities for the parents and the school to come together as a community. We believe that a solid partnership between the families and the educators ensures that our pupils receive the support, values and resources they need to succeed academically, socially and emotionally.

Sports Day at Chiswick House School is more than just a series of athletic events – yes, it allows our children to demonstrate the skills acquired throughout the year… Skills that aim at building stamina, precision, control, the sporting attributes of teamwork, collaboration and perseverance to achieve a goal. But equally important, sports day is a time to come together, create memories, and strengthen the ties that bind us as a community.
