They explored teaching strategies, attended workshops on supporting the more Able and Talented using AI and various strategies, explored integrated co-teaching planning, supporting SEN learners, differentiation, assessment and SBAs, conceptualising pedagogical practice and documentation, preparing and reviewing learning resources, mindfulness and self-regulation, sharing good practice, and planning for upcoming events.
The day was full of collaboration, hands-on learning, and practical takeaways, leaving staff inspired and ready to put their learning into action across the classroom. Thank you to those involved in organising these inspiring sessions and to our staff for their dedication to professional growth.
