He explained how the heart works and linked it to their science topic on digestion. Having already learned about the heart in class, our Level 4 learners were confidently able to answer questions on the topic. Dr Brian also brought real medical equipment, giving learners the chance to ask their own questions and explore up close. This visit tied beautifully into the GCP curriculum, as learners are studying different professions. What an inspiring and educational visit, thank you, Dr Brian!
