Julienne Restall finished her studies at St Martin’s College Sixth Form and went on to graduate from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland with a B.A (Hons.) in Contemporary Performance Practice. She is based in Scotland and occasionally returns to Malta to work with companies like Teatru Malta and The New Victorians.
Julienne highlights that the teachers went above and beyond and were invested in her success. She went on to say that she was always encouraged to express herself clearly and respectfully, was taught how to communicate her ideas effectively to an audience and learnt how to be confident.
Julienne made wonderful memories at the College, such as going to Strasbourg and addressing the EU parliament, her JAYE Team acquiring 2nd place in the Young Enterprise competition, and her mathematics class taking turns to organise ordering take-out on Fridays.
She highly recommends the Sixth Form and states that the experience of being a St Martin’s College student is invaluable, due to the flexibility in subject combinations, excellent teaching staff, and the encouragement to balance work and play.
