The Duke of Edinburgh Award Programme

The Duke of Edinburgh Award programme is officially underway, with our students diving into their individual sections!

Interested in showing your support? Some of our students are seeking weekly, one-hour volunteer opportunities within the community. Contact Ms Charlotte at charlottesultanaevans@smc.edu.mt if you have any leads.

What have we been up to? our Level 9 and Level 10 participants kicked off an exciting first training session, honing essential skills such as local area familiarization, map orientation, and basic navigation.

Their day included a scenic walk from school to the Wied Għollieqa Nature Reserve, a perfect setting to put their new skills into practice.
